Pictures do not do this place justice. It truly was PARADISE from start to finish. The staff were phenomenal from top to bottom and assisted with whatever we wanted and needed. We will be back here for sure and hopefully we have the same staff!! Thank you again for everything!!

“Hacienda Del Mar is a beautiful villa, this was my second visit, the first was 11 years ago. I remembered Gina being the concierge at the time and I loved her. So when I decide to host my 50th, I knew this wonderful home would be perfect. The pictures don't do this home justice, but without Mimi and the staff, it's just another pretty property. Upon arrival, Mimi, our concierge was not only knowledgeable but she was warm and gracious. She handled every request expediently. You felt the warmth in her professionalism and it was greatly appreciated! I can't say enough about this amazing team of individuals that work together so seamlessly, but manage not to be in the way. They become such an extension of your stay, that you don't notice tables have been set for meals, cocktails have been poured and fresh towel have replaced the soggy ones you used just a couple of hours earlier. Chef Esme's cuisine was delicious! We decided on all three meals, the selections were awesome and nothing was duplicated. Big Cesa & Lil Cesa were our mixologist and boy do they know how to make a cocktail! There were 27 of us and they knew many of us by name, no small fete...what gems! Did I mention the massage therapist they contract were exceptional. I could go on, but you need to work on booking your next get away in PARADISE! Mimi, it won't take me another 11 years to get back, I promise! This is customer service done right!

We just spent a long weekend at Hacienda Del Mar celebrating my husband's 50th birthday with a large group of friends. While we expected it to be a fabulous experience hanging out in a tropical paradise with our best friends, we never imagined just how incredible the experience would be. The house is gorgeous... all open air and beautifully appointed. But, the staff made this an amazing, unforgettable experience. Mimi, our concierge was on top of every detail and made sure we wanted for nothing. The chefs and bartenders/butlers blew our minds... Esme, Augustino, Cesa and Cesa.... we expected the food and drink to be good, but this was 5-star restaurant quality with every bite and every sip. Cesa is a true mixologist creating innovative, delicious cocktails and Esme is a wizard in the kitchen serving up the best mexican food we have ever tasted. Not to mention we had 2 vegans, and 3 pescatarians in our group. EVERYONE raved about the food meat eaters and non-meat eaters alike. The housekeeping, pool crew and groundskeepers were also top notch. The individual rooms were spotless and pristine, and the surrounding property perfectly manicured. While we could have had a wonderful experience anywhere, I believe that we had BEST experience because of the staff. They genuinely seemed happy to make us happy. That is a rarity in today's day and age. This experience was like no other... it was truly the best vacation ever!

Hacienda Del Mar was the ideal vacation rental for our group of 12. The house was beautiful, the ocean was stunning, and the staff was amazing. We ended up choosing the 7 rooms in the main house, and they were nice enough to provide some extra beds so nobody had to share one. Mimi, our on-site concierge, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The chefs and butlers were super friendly as well, and I already miss them (as well as their fantastic food and drinks). The location was great for our outings to Coba, several Cenotes, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum. Our whole group loved this trip and wants to go back! 11/10 can't recommend highly enough.

We had our company retreat with over 42 people attending all 3 villas. We had the most amazing experience ever! Everything from how the bookings were handled, the owners of the property being very flexible, to Mimi (Concierge) and Pino (F&B) manager to every single interaction was top notch. I've stayed at high end hotels before but this was one level above that! The food was sooooooooooooooo good. The rooms were huge and had bathrooms in them. Each of the villas had lots of space and a great swimming pool that was 10 steps to the beach (yes, 10 steps!) If you are thinking of a place to stay, do yourself a favor and stay here. Thank you Mimi and team.

If I, Al Bolden (husband to Monique), had to describe the stay, it was spectacular, awesome, relaxing, and just plain fun 😊. Direct beach access and nice villa. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The food was tremendous (I am a peculiar type regarding food). The manager, Mimi, was wonderfil, very helpful, and knowledgeable about the amenities within the complex and the activities outside of the complex. We stayed for a week. The only gripe, which is not that big of a deal, was the internet connectivity was weak. Other than that, it was worth every penny. Thank you Mimi and staff for showing our family a great time.

Wow, wow, wow. I'm not even sure where to begin. My husband and I hosted our wedding a Hacienda Del Mar and Hacienda Corazon, where we stayed for 3 nights with 50 of our family and friends. We could not have dreamed up a more perfect venue. All of our guests were blown away with the beautiful rooms and buildings, stunning location, delicious food and UNBELIEVABLE service. Everyone kept saying it was the best wedding and one of the most amazing places they'd ever been. From the first email, working with Marina and Mimi made the planning process easy. Maria was our concierge for our stay and she was extremely helpful, organized and so, so kind. The rest of the staff, especially Luigi and Cesar, were all-stars. They went above and beyond - I have never had such wonderful service. We went to a local 5-star resort by ourselves for a few days after the wedding and it just didn't compare. We are already planning to come back for an anniversary trip in the future.

Our stay at the wonderful Hacienda Del Mar was perfect. The team led by Concierge Mimi, Chef Esme & Cesar our bartender could not have been more accommodating, the food more delicious or the drinks more creative. They knew what we wanted before we did!! We loved every minute. The house was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 7 kids under 5. Don’t think we can wait a full year to go back!!
